Dr. Fakih is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and the founding physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates. A native Michigander, she received her bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Pharmaceutical Sciences and her medical degree from Michigan State University. She completed her residency at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor. She is an adjunct clinical professor at Oakland University William Beaumont College of Medicine and at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. During her training, she served as Chief of Education and was awarded for Academic Excellence by St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in 2011. She was also awarded the MD Anderson Felix Rutledge Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology 2009. She has published work in the International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics pertaining to abnormal uterine bleeding and endometrial ablation procedures. Dr. Fakih’s has clinical interests in polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, menopause, endometriosis, cosmetic gynecology, and laser surgical resurfacing. Her surgical interests are minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures and hysteroscopic procedures. From prenatal care to post menopause management, Dr. Fakih’s practice focuses on a vast array of clinical conditions specific to women, prioritizing compassionate care for individual needs.

Dr. Shelton earned her medical degree from the prestigious Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. She decided to pursue medicine when she was an AmeriCorps member, working in a homeless shelter for medically ill adults. Raised in Southern Indiana, Dr. Shelton is Japanese American, a former Math-Athlete and is fluent in Spanish. She especially enjoys adolescent medicine and pregnancy related care.

Dr. Ayoub is committed to empowering her patients through education. With a philosophy that "knowledge is power," she focuses on preventative medicine and family planning, enabling women to make informed health decisions. Inspired by the positive impact other Ob-Gyns have had on the women in her life, Dr. Ayoub adopts an individualized and comprehensive approach to patient care. She prioritizes educating her patients and meticulously addresses all their needs during each interaction, ensuring a supportive and informed healthcare experience.

Inspired by her Middle Eastern roots where discussing women's health is often considered taboo, Dr. Bishay champions the mantra "Let's Talk!" She is a fervent advocate of evidence-based medicine paired with patient-centered care. Dr. Bishay specializes in gynecological care and has a keen interest in aesthetic medicine. Her mission is to empower women through education and open dialogue, ensuring they receive the best care tailored to their unique needs.

Driven by a passion for comprehensive women’s health, Dr. Dhruvi Barot is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care across all stages of life—from family planning and contraception to menstrual health, menopause, and surgical interventions. She is especially focused on addressing conditions like endometriosis and is trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques. Inspired by the need for providers who truly listen to and advocate for women, Dr. Barot strives to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard and empowered. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog.

Olivia is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates and Aesthetic Medica. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she graduated with honors. She has always had a passion for women’s health care, volunteering as a birth doula for laboring mothers before she started her professional career as a labor and delivery nurse. She is a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She strives to empower patients to feel their healthiest and most confident whether she is providing holistic Ob-Gyn or aesthetic health care. Olivia lives in Royal Oak and loves the New York Times crossword, watching football, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her nieces and nephew.

Reem is a certified nurse-midwife with a passion for women’s health and a commitment to culturally sensitive, patient-centered care. Her background as a labor and delivery nurse shaped her approach to midwifery, where she developed a deep appreciation for supporting patients through diverse pregnancy and birth experiences. She is especially dedicated to improving maternal outcomes and advocating for individuals who may face barriers to care. Reem’s clinical philosophy is rooted in evidence-based practice and grounded in dignity, respect, and empathy. She prioritizes building trusting relationships and ensures each patient feels seen, heard, and supported. Through clear communication and shared decision-making, she partners with patients to determine the most appropriate care, collaborating with the broader medical team when needed to deliver safe, equitable outcomes.
