This was my First Time at the Obstetrics and Gynecologist Office on Ford Road in Dearborn Hgts; Michigan. From the time I entered the Office and until the time I left the Office for my appointment today I was Very Impressed at the Professionalism of Doctor Fakih, Receptionists, Intake Personnel, Techs, Nurses and The Student Intern. Everything was explained to me as to who they were and what they were going to do at my visit. If I had a question or questions that I needed more insight about my questions were answered in a Professional Manner. It was my first time visiting this place and it was a long wait time even with an appointment. But, once was in the back. The medical assistant was so nice very attentive, respectful, and understanding. Then, when I saw my doctor. I received the same treatment as well and i was comfortable. I had bad experience with other OB/GYN but I found a new home with them. I will see how it continue to go.
